This is a mid-air collision that happens in 2002. A Russian plane crashed with a German DHL cargo plan. Sad to say, inside the Russian planes theres only 7 adults and the rest are children who are looking forward to a holiday trip to Spain, Barcelona.

Cause of collision: The Swiss flight control shudnt interfere.If both pilots follow the TCAS [traffic-alert and collision avoiding system], the crash wouldn't happened. Instead, one plane plane take orders from the swiss flight control and the other plane take orders from the TCAS where both orders asked them to descent[decrease altitude] and cause them to crash head to head. Sad story.

Don't worry.Flying is still the safer way to travel. No mid-air collision is reported after this incidents. Surely by now safety steps has been applied to prevent mid-air collision. =)
